Question by Cekker Kwann: What do I need to do in order to put one of my hard drives in to a USB external case?
What are the steps I need to do in order to get a once internal hard drive working in one of those external USB hard drive cases. I think it’s a good alternative to a dual boot system or networking. I want to be able to just plug in the hard drive in to a USB hub and work from it much like using the files from my flash drive works.

2) Buy an hard drive enclosure.
3) Place drive in enclosure and connect to computer.

Suddenly both of my USB hard drives are no longer recognized by XP or vista when I plug them in. They also don’t show up in disk management. I basically was using them just find and had them on the shelf for a few weeks and now bam they don’t work. Any help is appreciated.
