Question by rabbit: Ink-Jet Cartridges: What’s the little hole at the top of the cartridge?
For the first time, I bought an ink-jet cartridge that has a small hole at the top. Previous ones didn’t. Is this safe for my printer? What is the purpose of the hole and why is it exposed?

That would be the indication that that was a refilled cart. You prob. bought a cheap refilled one.
