i have a toshiba laptop. i’m 95% sure they all come with a built in ethernet connection. there’s a button on the side of my laptop that has a switch to “turn wireless connection on”

Toshiba makes many laptops, some with integrates some with dedicated video.
if those lines appear when you tilt display, it’s broken video cable (common problem to laptops). this can be also caused by software (corrupt or wrong driver).
