Actually, Toshiba laptops have a well-deserved name for being one of the best laptops in the world today. But the question remains, what really makes them so good? Well, first of all, Toshiba laptops are strongly built. If you happen to drop one, it will not usually break, nor will they break easily through normal wear and tear like other cheap laptops.
Their laptops do not get cracked cases and have keys fall off the keyboard, and if they ever did happen, they would be fix very quickly. It’s high built quality is very important to people who intend to keep their laptop for a long time, as well as to those who travel around regularly with their laptops and so need to take them as luggage while on the move.
Secondly, Toshiba laptops are ultra- light. Again, this is also an added benefit to travelers, but it is also important to people who are just using their laptop normally, carrying it from home to their office or simply perching it on their lap at home. Indeed, heavy laptops can be a real burden, making it feel like an effort to pick up the computer and quickly check or alter something, while light ones are far more practical.
However, as with other Japanese-made laptops, this extra sturdiness and ultra-light weight comes with a price. Toshiba laptops can be very expensive than the cheapest models on the market with the same processor, RAM and so on, simply due to the cost of the better built quality and having to pay Japanese workers salaries.
Moreover, computing tends to be a race to the bottom these days, with the cheapest computers gaining the largest market share, which leaves Toshiba courting the more computer-savvy buyers who really need a high-quality laptop for their work. If you very much rely on your laptop for anything, then you would know that the extra cost on Toshiba is an investment and consider shopping for a Toshiba laptop, or a similar high-quality laptop.
Question by Kali: Help with Toshiba Statellite A135 laptop?
Can anyone help me out with my laptop? It suddenly began completely freezing/locking up within about 20 seconds of starting up (sometimes it won’t even boot/load to the desktop) I can’t seem to locate my recovery disks that came with it either! Am I just out of luck here or does anyone have any suggestions? I don’t really want to take it in and spend $ $ $ on it because its about 2 1/2 years old and probably isn’t worth the cost of a repair!!! I almost wonder if it is infected with a virus of some sort! HELP if you can! Tx SO much!!!

Hi try this if possible , if you can get it to start up go to c:drive then right click to options click on properties and see how much disk space is available.. if you got limited space on c:drive you may need to defrag. just click on option you want it to do.it will analyze space that is necessary to clean up..After that’s done , and hope full it will help ;next you want to do a clean sweep. go to web site and google cc cleaner..down load a free version of cc cleaner it will help clean up your lap top..hope this helps good luck wit that.
